The product broke within 3 weeks and it is not at all worth the spent. I will need refund or the same immediately

Frankly speaking, I had my doubts when I couldn’t track the shipping proceedings through the app. But Furper did manage to deliver it within 2 weeks of ordering. As far as the product is concerned, I have bee using it daily without fail and have charged it only once a month or so. I think the battery lasts quite well but I haven’t tried a 100% to 0% test but it should last you more than 2 months with daily usage of 10+ lightings
