United StatesTo be honest initially i was worried based on people's reviews but somehow for me the case was totally different. i ordered the product and it arrived in 3 days at my door step. the box was totally sealed pack. product was awesome. love the service and the support from insta is amazing. the only downside is price point because the product is quite costly compared to the price in china but may be that could be due to customs and all, anyways if the price would have been a little low it was a 5star review but anyhow the service is amazing. no issues, loved it.
